Frank Irvin, 59, of Magnolia, Delaware, passed on January 27, 2023. Frank was born on October 04, 1963. Before meeting woman of his dreams, Frank had attended Salus University earning his masters in human biology. Frank later had five loving children, Denise Irvin, Gerod Irvin, Michelle Irvin, Lemont Samuel, & Tenika Samuel. Blessed with 11 Grand children before his passing, Frank loved spending time with all of the family. Frank demonstrated what it means to be powerful and courageous, raising his children with sternness but grace. Every family event isnt complete without Frank, he was the true life of the party. Frank never let anything stand in his way; he never gave up his faith. May he rest in peace.
