FRANK BROWN, 62, of Mesa, Arizona, passed on April 24, 2023. FRANK was born on October 03, 1960., Frank was the third child born to the late Carrie L. Dorman Brown Beaver and Charles E. Brown, 1 daughter and 1 nephew [BrIan] preceded him in death. Frank was known to all members as Popsie or Pops, he was a delighted child, who could make friends anywhere, His childhood was spent in two different cities..Chicago, and Panama City, Fla. In 1980, he married his only wife, Patricia, and to this union, a child Lawanna Shantel was born. His daughter and niece Lauren were both born on his birthday, but his daughter only lived for 15 days. On April 20, 2022, He moved to Mesa, AX to live with his sister Pam.

He leaves to cherish his memories 1 son Javelle [JOHN HILL he was adopted as a child into another family], 2 Brothers Michael and Shannon, 2 sisters Pamela and Raven,3 nieces Danine [Andre] Borrows, Lauren [Steven] Merchant, and Antonia Gary, 3 nephews Eric Brown, John Leavell, and Dejeaveon Brown, 18 great nieces and nephews and 2 great-great niece and nephew, and a host of very loving family and friends
