Frank Trense passed away on Nov. 7, 2012, at the age of 46 in Oxnard.
Frank was born on June 9, 1966, in Panorama City and grew up in North Hollywood.
He moved to Santa Monica and became an avid body builder and enjoyed working out at Muscle Beach. His body building then led to his desire to become a certified personal trainer earning several certificates in personal training and nutrition. He moved to Ventura County in 2004 where he continued to help others with their physical training, nutritional, and rehabilitation programs.
Frank enjoyed increasing his knowledge of the human body to better understand such medical areas as nutrition, supplements, ailments, blood chemistry, and drug interactions to provide deeper and better guidance to those he trained. He also had a true gift for devising training programs and encouraging his clients so they achieved their fitness goals.
In his spare time he enjoyed movies, NFL football (especially the Miami Dolphins), rock music, the beach lifestyle, and sunsets. He was highly intelligent with a mischievous sense of humor, and was well-liked by those who knew him.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Trense-Bacon of Camarillo; father, Jim Trense of Oklahoma City; grandparents, Earle Eccleston and Charlotte Reeves; half-brother, Wolfie Mueller; half-sister, Emma Mueller; nephew Nathan Mueller; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and loving partner, Janelle Aguilar of Oxnard. He is deeply missed by his family and those who loved him.
