It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Frank Woodard, who was born on September 1, 1952, and passed away on November 20, 2024, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Frank is survived by his loving spouse, Mattie, whom he married in 2022. He was a devoted son to Shawn and Mary Woodard. Frank did not have any children of his own, but he was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Frank proudly served in the Army, rising to the rank of General. He dedicated his life to serving his country and was highly respected by his peers and subordinates.

Frank will be remembered for his selflessness, dedication, and unwavering loyalty. He touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
