Frederick (Freddie) John Madison, 77, passed peacefully on February 27, 2023. He was born to Frederick John Madison SR. and Lucy Jean Harris in Springfield, Massachusetts on June 14, 1945. Together they raised 6 children, Frederick being the youngest he is survived by brothers David, Edward, Horace, and sisters Alice, Cecile, and Barbra Jean.

Frederick has 2 wonderful children Alisa Madison and Frederick

Madison. He is also survived by 3 amazing grandchildren Brittan, Camryn, and

Tiffany; As well as many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In his younger years Frederick served his country in the United

States Air Force. After the military Frederick worked as a Car Mechanic for 20+

years until he decided to retire. Shortly after retirement Frederick found his

calling within the church. He volunteered at many Springfield churches as a

pastor and did what he could for the community. He was passionate about the

church and doing what he could to leave a positive effect on as many people as

possible.

Frederick left a dynamic impression on many people, and he will be

deeply missed by everyone. For those interested in saying their final

farewells, services will be held from 2pm - 5pm on Tuesday March 14th at

Harrell Funeral Home 355 St James Ave, Springfield Massachusetts. Followed by a

repass located at the Madison household after the services.
