Detert, Garry J.Garry John Detert, 47, passed away due to natural causes on May 13, 2017 at home. Garry was born on December 6, 1969 in Sioux City, Iowa. Garry lived life to the fullest and will be missed by many.Garry is survived by his parents, Robert and Kitty Detert and Garry and Sharon Unferth; long-time partner, Mickey Tazelaar; three brothers, Robert "Chazz" Renken, San Diego, CA, Rick (Karen) Detert, Fond du Lac and Michael Detert, Fond du Lac; one sister, Kathy (Scott) Weber, Marinette; one step-brother, Michael (Carrie) Zuelke, Fond du Lac; his children, Adam, Andrew, Cassie and Candace. He is further survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Garry was preceded in death by his grandparents.Visitation: Garry's family will greet relatives and friends to the Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E.
