Gene Allen Houston was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He was born to General Harrison Houston and Nina Elizabeth Houston in Waurika, Oklahoma. He graduated from Waurika Highschool in 1986 and later went on to have children with former spouses Lisa Lovell and Krystal Davis. Two of his best friends in life were Charles Randolph and JC Fulton who he shared many fond memories with. He attended Red River Technology Center for HVAC and made a career out of construction and carpentry, two things he very much loved and was talented at; Houston Construction was his pride and joy at his time of passing. Gene Houston was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Oklahoma Sooners, and appreciated hunting, fishing, and Nascar. He attended the Church of Christ and made sure his children knew the Lord. Gene Houston lovingly dedicated his life to taking care of his parents, children, and grandchildren. He was a kind, patient, hardworking man who never complained, or took for granted his loved ones or his time with them; always being there for anyone who needed him and never hesitating to lend a hand. He was not always a man of many words, but he could always make the people around him laugh and he sure did love a good beer. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
