The loving life of Gene Williams

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gene Williams, born on February 17, 1958 in Tyler, Texas, United States. Gene, known for his vibrant personality and love for music, touched the lives of many during his time on this earth.

Gene was the beloved spouse of Karran Ellis-Williams for 25 years, and the proud father of Katrina and Brad Williams. He was the son of Bill and Ella Williams, who surely are welcoming him with open arms in the afterlife.

Gene dedicated his life to his work at Mighty Clouds of Joy, where he shared his passion for music with the world. In his spare time, he could often be found strumming his guitar and singing his heart out.

Unfortunately, Gene's time on this earth came to an end on June 4, 2024, due to the merciless grip of old age. While he may no longer be with us, his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Gene Williams. May your soul forever sing with the mighty clouds of joy in heaven.

You can to the family or in memory of Gene Williams.
