George Anthony Ford was born to Shirley A. Brown and George Ford (deceased 02-25-05) at Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Bronx, NY. He was affectionately known to family and friends as "Anthony". 

Anthony attended St. Aloysius Catholic School in Harlem New York for first and second grades. He attended St. Patrick's Semi-Military Academy in Harriman, NY for three years. Anthony completed middle school at Fredrick Douglas School also known as I.S 10 in Harlem, NY.Anthony enjoyed four years at All Hallows High School in Bronx, NY. Anthony received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from IONA College IN new Rochelle, NY. While living in New York City, Anthony held various jobs which he was able to exhibit his dedication for assisting the less fortunate and was able to pour into others with his passion for Human Services. Anthony was fluent in three languages: German, French and Spanish.

In 2003, Anthony relocated to Richmond, VA. Anthony worked diligently and with great pride for the Virginia Department of Corrections where he started out as a Corrections Officer and later became an instructor at the Academy for Staff Development. When God called him home, Anthony was a store manager for Dollar General on Walmsley Boulevard in Richmond, Virginia.  Anthony enjoyed modeling during his younger years. His hobbies included horseback training, horse riding, hosting pony parties, dog breeding (American Staffordshire Terrier)' attending dog shows and participating in the Junior Circuit Dog Show. His eyes widened and he smiled from cheek to. Heel upon receiving his 1st prize ribbon September 6, 1992at the Lyndhurst Estate in the Westchester Kennel Club All Breed Dog Show in Tarrytown, NY.

Those left to cherish his memories are: Shirley Brown also known as his "Ma", a brother, Eldridge Antoine Ford, sisters: Shemeesha Bruno-Rowena and Pierson Ford of New York City. His aunts: Peggy Brown of Columbia, S.C, Pearline Davis of New York City, uncles: Michael Brown (Leila) of Lugoff, S.C, Stephane Brown(Wanda) of Atlanta, GA and Tyrone Workman of Richmond, VA. God Mother : Alberta Ratliff of Richmond,VA, devote friend Desiree' Walker of Harlem, NY and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
