George F. Sena, age 62, resident of Villanueva, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015.He was born on March 29, 1953, to Florian Sena and the late Martha Sena and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Villanueva. He is preceded in death by his mother: Martha Sena; and grandparents: Josefre and Mariquita Ulibarri.George is survived by his wife: Celina Sena of the family home in Villanueva; son: Baron Sena (Lori); step-daughters: Terri Gonzales (Amado), Evelyn Rivera (Rick), Antionette Padilla, Vanda Baros; his father: Florian Sena of Sena; sisters: Clara Brewar (Jeff), Julie Sena, Lila Mendoza (Leonard), Rosie Tanuz (Ruben) and Rita Sena; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles nieces and nephews.George enjoyed making cabinets, working on cars and loved to cook. He was a mayordomo for Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and was on the Villanueva Cemetery committee. George will be greatly missed by his family and friends.Funeral services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Villanueva as follows: Rosary service will be held at 7 p.m. today (Friday). Funeral service will be celebrated by Father Dennis Dolter, SOLT at noon on Saturday. Interment will follow the mass at the Villanueva Cemetery.Serving as pallbearers will be Isaac, Andrew, Amou, JJ, Joe and Chris.
