(Tamara P.) DeCosta, Daryl G. ( Heather D.) DeCosta, Shayn E. (Elliott Gray) DeCosta and Lisa E. (Jack W.)Amyx; grandchildren Michael D. DeCosta, Jillyan R. DeCosta, Connor L. Gray and Liam H.
