George Martelly, a beloved member of the Mon Repos community in Micoud, Saint Lucia, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2024, at the age of 90. Born on March 27, 1933, George was known for his hard work, dedication, and commitment to his family.

In 1971, George married the love of his life, Hilda Martelly, and together they were blessed with five children: Herbert, John, Christine, Antonia, and Michus.Along with grandchildren :Raju ,Trisha ,Robert, Stephanie ,Lawrence.

George was a devoted husband and father, always putting his family first and providing for them through his work as an Agriculture farmer.

Throughout his career, George worked tirelessly in the fields, cultivating crops and tending to his land with care and expertise. His passion for agriculture was evident in the bountiful harvests he produced year after year. In 1994, after decades of hard work, George retired from farming, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and resilience.

George's dedication to his family extended beyond his immediate household to his five cherished grandchildren. He took great joy in spending time with them and imparting his wisdom and values onto the next generation.

George Martelly will be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire those he leaves behind.
