George Matthew Wilson Sr., 56, of Leesville, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on Friday, June 28, 2019. George was born to George "Ken" Wilson, and Mary Jean Wilson on November 23, 1962.  He was a resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania for most of his life.

George graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School in 1980. He worked at J. B. Hunt trucking company for many years. He enjoyed traveling across the country listening to books on tape and talking with other truck drivers over the radio. 

Ever since he was a teenager, George was a technology enthusiast, graduating with a degree in Computer Engineering. He was an avid SciFi fan, his favorites being Star Trek, Highlander, and Doctor Who.

George was the beloved father of Megan Wilson (Jesus Quinones), Tara Faulkner (Edward Faulkner), and George Wilson Jr.; and the grandfather of Sophia Quinones, Dominic Quinones, Detonto Quinones, Clementine Faulkner, and Cassidy Faulkner.

He will also be sadly missed by his best friend and brother Eugene Wilson; his siblings Tom Wilson (Lynn Wilson), John Wilson (Linda Wilson), James Wilson (Justina Wilson), Anne Durmus (Yasar Durmus), and Cathleen White; his nieces Mary Sue Wilson, Rachel Enyedy (Drew Enyedy), Christina Wilson (Bill Meszaros), Ashley Satchell and nephew Kenneth Satchell.
