George Michailakis, age 41, joined his Savior, Jesus Christ on December 2, 2016. He is survived by his loving wife, Ariel E. Michailakis; daughter, Michaela Michailakis; parents, Gus and Pamela Michailakis; brothers Michael and Kosta (Bridgett) Michailakis; nieces and nephews, Paisleigh Michailakis, Jaydn Crockett, Zachary, Trace, Sage and Riley Bland and Destini Kent; sisters-in-law, Bridget Crockett and Amanda C. Burdan (Matthew); brother-in-law, Chadwick Lee Bland (Ashley); and his mother-in-law, Sandra Bland (Cole). He is preceded in death by his brother, Frankie Michailakis and grandparents, Evangalia Michailakis, Kathryn Astredo, George Michailakis and Frank Astredo. George was born on September 11, 1975 and was a native of Metairie, Louisiana. He resided in Folsom, Louisiana since 1992. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Lee Blvd, New Orleans, Louisiana 70122 on December 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. until service time. Interment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum.
