Former Washington resident Gerald McIntyre 85, died February, 08, 2020, at his home in Chaplin, Connecticut.

Mr. McIntyre was born May. 30, 1935, in Bremerton, WA. to Salvatore and Elle McIntyre. Gerald could accomplish anything he set his mind to do. At a very early age, he built a wagon to push his little brother around that was too little to walk. Mr. McIntyre served in the United State Navy, during World War II as a radio operator. He spent 14 months in the South Pacific.
He worked many years for the ship yard. Mr. Hall spent more than 50 years in Washington. He and his wife, Penny, then relocated to Chaplin, Connecticut He is survived by his wife, Penny; daughter, Rinda McIntyre, Cindy McIntyre; Son, Wayne McIntyre, Eugene McIntyre.
