Geraldine Watts died at Catholic Medical Center, November 26, 2016. Geraldine was born on February 15, 1925 to the late Arthur Hunkins and Agnes Lenz (McKenna). She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School, and worked in the Manchester Millyard. Later, she and her husband, Harold, moved to Winnisquam where they opened and ran Sarge's Country Store. Geraldine leaves behind her sons, Robert "Bob" Watts of Greenville, S.C., and John Watts of Manchester; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Harold "Sarge" Watts Sr., her sister, Margaret St. Jean, her daughter, Catherine Seaward, and her sons, Donald and Harold Watts. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, December 1, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Phaneuf Funeral Home & Crematorium, 243 Hanover Street, Manchester, NH, followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. Friday, December 2. Burial will follow at 1 p.m. at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
