We are saddened to announce the passing of Gladys Wood, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. Gladys was born on June 13, 1943, in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Willie and Ruth Cayson. She passed away on March 24, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Gladys married James Wood in 1962 and together they raised five children: Linita Wood, Renarde Wood (spouse Marlene Wood), Lynette Walker, Donna Jones (spouse Leonard Jones), and Beverly Wood. She was also a proud grandmother to ten grandchildren.

Gladys attended East Tech High School and was known for her love of cooking and playing cards. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
