Glenda Phanor, 63, passed on April 11, 2020. She was born to Mark and Dasiy in Natchitoches, Louisiana on November 20, 1956.

Together they raised 2 children Tameka Phanor-Culbert (Gregory Culbert), Joseph Phanor. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

Glenda graduated from Central highschool in 1974.

Glenda worked at Nurse until he retired in 1999 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
