Gloria Ann Dow, 73, passed on April 25, 2021. She was born to Ernest Brown and Rosemary Brown in East Chicago, Indiana on June 08, 1947.

She married Henry Dow in 1968 and they lived together in East Chicago, Indiana. Together they raised 5 children Marie Dow, Shantae Dow, Renee Kimber (Shawn Kimber), Celeste Dow. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Gloria worked at State of Indiana court system until he retired in 2005 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people.
