Gloria Dillie, 88Muncie - Gloria Dillie, 88, passed away at Ball Memorial Hospital on July 2, 2017 following a brief illness. She was born on October 8, 1928 the daughter of Theodore and Margaret McGregor.Gloria graduated from Central High School and then dedicated her life to raising her family. She was a woman that loved spending time with her family. She traveled the entire United States with the love of her life Charles Dillie. Her other hobbies were gardening, watching the butterflies and hummingbirds and just being outside enjoying nature. She also participated in many other activities including cross-stitching, bowling and painting Christmas figurines.Left to mourn the loss of Gloria are her daughter Sandi (John) Simpson, granddaughters Kim (Kevin) Bollinger, Stacie (Bob) Collier and Rhiana Simpson, great grandchildren Christoper Brian, Daniel and Madeline Bollinger and Tyler, Abby, Conner, Robbie, and Cory Collier, son in law Ronald Engelbrecht, many loving nieces and nephews, and special friends of the family Theresa Heatherly and Jack Trusedell.Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles, daughter Susan Engelbrecht, two sisters Shirley Davis and Sonda Smith and brother Richard McGregor.Graveside Service will be at held Elm Ridge Cemetery on Friday July 7, 2017 at 2:00 P.M.Online condolences may be made in care to the family at www.parsonmortuary.com
