Buteyn, Harold "Harry"Harold "Harry" A. Buteyn, 76, of Fond du Lac, died Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at home.He was born on February 26, 1940, in Waupun, a son of Peter and Anna Harmsen Buteyn.Harry served with the United States Air Force.On September 5, 1964, he married Sandra "Sandy" M. Grahl at St. Peter's Ev. Lutheran Church. She preceded him in death on November 20, 2000.Harry grew up farming and continued to help other farmers from time to time. He worked at Mercury Marine for 17 years. He owned and operated the Village Steakhouse for over 30 years. He enjoyed racing snowmobiles, hunting, fishing, traveling, playing poker, and most of all, going to the casinos.He is survived by two children: Shawn Buteyn of Fond du Lac and granddog, Hudson; Scott (Jessica) Buteyn of Campbellsport; and three granddaughters: Cassidy, Kylie, and Karsyn.He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Sandy.VISITATION: The visitation will be from 11:00- 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2016, at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory, 31 East Division Street, Fond du Lac.SERVICE: The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday at Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory.Entombment will follow in Rienzi Cemetery.Kurki-Mach Funeral Chapel & Crematory is serving the family, www.kurkimachfuneralchapel.com. 920-921-4420
