ANDOVER-Buckley, Harold C. 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 13, 2016, in Douglass, KS. Harold was born on August 29, 1931 in Wichita, KS, the son of Clifford and Mary (Jay) Buckley. Harold and Lois Buckley were united in marriage on October 13, 1951, in Wichita. Together they celebrated 65 years of marriage. He was a VIP Hall of Fame member of 81 Speedway in Wichita. Harold, Marvin and his father worked as carpenters for many years. Harold worked 14 years as a janitor at Andover Middle School. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter-in-law, Debbie Buckley; granddaughter, Melissa Buckley; nephew, Harold Thomas Buckley. Survivors include his loving wife, Lois (Allen) Buckley of Douglass; children, David (Susan) Buckley of Douglass, Sharon (Darrel) Halstead of Leon, KS, Rod Buckley of Augusta, Stephen Buckley of Douglass; brother, Marvin (Inez) Buckley of Pueblo West, CO; nieces, Tammy and Tina Buckley; grandchildren, Shaun (Carrie), Carla, Mashalla (Shawn), Shane (Danelia), Billy (Brandy), Jeremy (Heather), Michelle (Aaron), Jessica (Danny) and Brian; great-grandchildren, Cody, Rachael, Austin, Dillon, Josh, Madison, Mason, Gracie, Cayme, Caitlyn, Savannah, Axl, Olivia, McAger, Gracie, Ginger, Justin, Jillian, Maila, Mailee, Mia, Shane, Connor and Eli. Funeral Services will 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, 2016, at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E. 13th St. N., Wichita. Burial will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Wichita.
