Harry Adams, 94, Watseka, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2017. He was born on July 20, 1922 in Zion, ND, the son of John Adams and Sophia (German) Adams. He married Shirley Millett in 1946. She passed in 1991. He later married Helen Williams in Watseka in 1992. She has since passed. Harry owned Adam's Plumbing and Heating for over 30 years. He also served in the ARMY during WWII. He enjoyed sledding, ice skating, hunting, photography, bike riding, reading and most of all quilting. Surviving are his sons and daughter-in-laws George and Wanda Adams of Florida, Gregory and Letta Adams of Indiana; his daughters and son-in-laws Lyn Dean of Louisville, KY, and Jeanne and Pat Snyder of Watseka; step-daughter and step-son-in-law Marlita and Rick Hasbargen of Woodland, IL; step-sons and step-daughter-in-laws Lonnie and Jody Ulitzsch of Watseka, and Alan and Lisa Ulitzsch of Watseka; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; wives, Shirley and Helen; two brothers, John and Robert; one sister, Margaret; and one daughter, Rosemary. Visitation will be Sunday, March 12, 2017 from 5 to 7pm, at Baier Funeral Home in Watseka. Funeral will be Monday, March 13, 2017 at 11:00 am, at Baier Funeral Home. Another visitation from 10:00 until 11:00 am will take place prior to services. Pastor Wayne Meyer and Neil Larimore will officiate. Burial is follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka. Memorials can be made out to Donor's Choice.
