He is proceeded in death by his grandparents Henry McKinney and Gertrude McKinney and Mable Darby, a aunt Marry McKinney, a uncle Charles Jones , and a brother n sister in law Billy Darby Jr and Telesha Meadows. “Gene” as he liked to be called loving playing basketball and the ps4. Everyone who knew him loved him. He stay matching from head to toe. He leaves behind 5 children  Xena,Brittany,Tekerra,Mackenzie,and Harry Welch Jr. 1 granddaughter: Jupiter Buhrmester. A mother Irene McKinney,farther Billy Darby Sr. 2 sisters Cynthia McKinney and Tammy McKinney. 5 nephews: JaDarious Darby, Demarious, Qua’Marcus,Markel, and Ahmarion McNeal. 1 uncle Edgar McKinney , 2 aunts Vinnie and Louis McKinney .
