Harry L. Orendorff 1939—2016Harry L. Orendorff, 76, of Roscoe, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2016. He was born on December 29, 1939 in Pooler, Georgia to Roy and Edith (Davis) Orendorff. He married Sharon DeDecker on July 1, 1961 in Omaha, NE., at the Offutt Air Force Base. He served in the United States Air Force for 8 years. Harry was an area manager at Chrysler Corporation for 32 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Sharon; children, Kris Orendorff, Kirt (Barbara) Orendorff, Kyle (Michelle) Orendorff; grandchildren, Kayla, Kirtis, Tyler, and Kaden; brother, Roy Orendorff. He is predeceased by his parents; sister, Ilene Orendorff.A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10, 2016 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Honquest Family Funeral Homes with Crematory, Roscoe Chapel, 11342 Main St., Roscoe. Funeral service will be held Friday, November 11, 2016 at 11 a.m. with visitation from 10 a.m. until time of service in the funeral home. Burial will be at Pinnacle Hill Cemetery.
