October 4, 1941 - March 31, 2023

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Hattie Jacobs, a beloved resident of Philadelphia who passed away on March 31st, 2023. Hattie was born on October 4th, 1941, which means she lived to be a spry 81 years old.

Though she was taken too soon, Hattie's wit and charm will be remembered by all who knew her. Whether she was cracking jokes with friends, doting on her grandchildren, or sharing her love of cheesesteaks and soft pretzels, Hattie had a way of brightening up any room she entered.

Hattie was an avid Phillies fan, and spent many glorious summers watching her beloved team hit home runs and steal bases. She was also a talented knitter, and spent countless hours creating beautiful blankets, hats, and scarves for her loved ones.

While we mourn the loss of this wonderful woman, we take comfort in knowing that she lived a long and fulfilling life surrounded by people who loved her. Hattie, you will be missed, but never forgotten.
