Heather Fishel, born on January 11, 1989 in Cambridge, Ohio, United States, passed away on December 22, 2022. She was the beloved daughter of Ed Fishel and Barbera Kinsey. Heather leaves behind her son, William Kinsey, who attended Newcomerstown High School and graduated in 2008. He continued his studies at Kent State University Tuscarawas and graduated in 2012.

Heather was actively involved in both the Jehovist Witness and Catholic Parish Church organizations. She had a passion for knitting, beading, and crocheting, and spent countless hours creating beautiful pieces of art. Her creativity and talent brought joy to those around her and will be remembered fondly.

Tragically, Heather lost her life due to a loss of oxygen/oxygen suffocation caused by domestic violence inflicted by Tanner Black. Her senseless death has left a void in the hearts of her loved ones and the community.

Heather Fishel will forever be cherished and remembered for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering love for her family. May she rest in peace.
