HELEN MEDIA MILOSEVICH SOUTHEAST SIDE 
Helen Media (nee Nickovich) passed away on September 25, 2019. Longtime resident of Chicago's Southeast Side. Beloved wife of Milon "Shole" Milosevich. Loving mother of Daniel Milosevich, Patti(James) Gornick, Diane (Nick) Stepnoski, Yvette "Evy" (Mark) Engle. Fond grandmother of Gina (nee Gornick) (Larry) Santoro, James Gornick Jr., Joanna (nee Gornick) (Casey) Erickson; Julie, Nicholas, and Steven Stepnoski; Mark Engle, Michael (Ally) Engle, Melissa Marie, Daniel John Milosevich. Proud great grandmother of Gianna Santoro and Chloe Erickson. Helen retired as Executive Secretary from Trinity Hospital (formerly South Chicago Community) after 21 years of service. Helen was also employed at Mikus Chiropratic as an Assistant. Helen was a member of St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church. Lovingly known to her grandchildren as "NANI", was known for her sense of humor, storytelling, reading, performing arts. At the age of 19, Helen was a runner-up in the Miss Gary Beauty Pageant. She was elegant, kind, and loved by many. Funeral Services Monday September 30, 2019 DIRECTLY at St. Archangel Michael Serbian Orthodox Church, Lansing, IL. Helen will lie in state at church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service at 10:00 a.m. with the Very Rev. Dr. Milos Vesin officiating. Interment Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN. Visitation Sunday, September 29, 2019 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Pomen Service at 7:00 p.m. at Kish Funeral Home 10000 Calumet Ave., Munster IN (next to Fitness Pointe).
