Henrietta "Hennie" M. Thomas1929-2016Henrietta "Hennie" M. Thomas passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at the age of 87, while under the care of Memorial Hermann Hospice. She was born on March 13, 1929 in Johnstown, Pennsylvania to Polish immigrant parents, John Machowski and Amelia Mozden Machowski. Hennie is survived by her daughter, Kathleen "Kathy" Fraser and her husband Lindsay; grandchildren, Douglas Fraser and his wife Christina, Kirsty Abbate and her husband James, and Colleen Fraser; four great grandchildren, Cameron Fraser, Braylin Fraser, Charliebelle Abbate, and Andie Abbate; as well as sisters Genny, Bernice, and Louise, and brother Ted. Hennie is preceded in death by her husband James Vincent Thomas, her parents John and Amelia Machowski, her brother Edward Machowski, and her sister Eleanor Ochal.
