Henry was born on May 7, 1951 in Wichita, Kansas to parents Henry and Jean Wiens and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. A man of great faith, Henry had no greater love than his love for Christ. A man of good food and drink, Henry had a distinguished career as a chef and in food service management and consulting; specializing in patient service, kitchen production, catering and retail service for large hospital systems. Henry was best known in San Angelo as the executive chef and nutrition services director for San Angelo Community Medical Center.
