Henry John Brunnig, passed away Nov 29. "Buster" "Buzz" was born on July 18, 1951, to Regina Marie Desrosiers and Henry John Brunnig in Manhattan, NYC. He is predeceased by his one sibling, Margaret (Peggy), who was two years older. When he was young the family moved to The Bronx. He played softball and baseball for Little League and his High School team. His pitching ability was tops; he had pin-point accuracy. Baseball remained a passion of his throughout his life. John attended New York State University at New Paltz. After college he worked for the Bureau of Labor Statistics on Times Square. He and Sarah Kent Drummond were married in 1980 in Glade Springs, VA. John then attended Life Chiropractic College. After five years and two children, the family moved to DeLand, FL. John mainly helped people at home. He also worked for the Post Office as a mail sorter. Four more children followed. In all there are Matthew, Mary (Aidan) with three grandchildren (William, Benji, Katherine), Esther (Matt), Betsy, Katherine and Samuel. Much time was spent coaching the children's teams in baseball, softball, soccer and basketball. Last, and most important, is his faith in Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Memorial Service: December 9, 6:00 PM, Open Bible Baptist Church, 2801 Grayson Street, Orange City.
