Henry Ohmer CorbinAge: 83 • South HeroHenry Ohmer Corbin, 83 of South Hero, Vermont passed away Monday, February 13, 2017 at the VNA Respite House in Colchester.Ohmer was born on December 9, 1933 in Dundee Michigan, the son of William and Marie (Jacob) Corbin. He graduated from Dundee High School in 1952. He worked as a Sales Manager for Phoenix Wire in South Hero for 35 years. He enjoyed hunting and would take many nieces and nephews fishing throughout the summer. Ohmer served on many community boards and received numerous awards for giving back to the community.Ohmer Is survived by his sister, Pat Corbin of South Hero, and a sister-in-law Mildred Corbin of Essex Jct., nephews and nieces, Barry Corbin, Thomas Corbin, William Corbin, Robert Rooks, John Rooks, Linda Kinney, Robin Garner, Shelly Flint, Kimberly Sumner & Delbert Santrock, as well as many great-nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his brother Robert Corbin and Sisters, Elizabeth Santrock, MaryAnn Corbin, and Joyce Rooks as well as a nephew Mike Corbin.
