Herbert Harris Jr. passed away on April 2, 2024, in Bayshore, New York, United States. He was born on November 6, 1951, to his parents Herbert Harris Sr and Joyce L. Sanders.

Herbert was a loving father to his four children: Kareem, Dorjan, Delphena, and Dana. He was also a beloved grandfather to nine grandchildren.

Herbert served in the Marines as a Private E-1, where he displayed courage and dedication to his country. His service was a source of pride for him and his family.

Outside of his military obligations, Herbert had a passion for music and working on his car. These hobbies brought him joy and relaxation during his free time.

Herbert's passing was the result of several health issues that he bravely battled until the end. His strength and perseverance will be remembered by all who knew him.
