Hollis F. LaneCAMBRIDGE: Hollis F. Lane, age 91, of Cambridge, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center. She was born on July 16, 1922 in Guernsey County, a daughter of the late Clifford Booth and Caroline (Miller) Booth.Mrs. Lane graduated from Plainfield High School in 1941. She worked at Abbott's General Store and as a cook for East Muskingum Schools for many years before working at S.S. Kresge where she retired in 1981.Hollis is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Lulard L. Lane (whom she married on October 25, 1947); and a sister Dorothy Moody.She is survived by sister, Faye Hastine of Utica; son, Robert C. (Kathy) Lane; granddaughter, Jennifer N. Lane; step- grandson, Thomas P. Corbin; and several nieces and nephews.Visitation will be from 3 to 7 pm on Sunday, January 26, 2014 at Bundy-Law Funeral Home. The service will be on Monday, January 27, 2014 at 11am with Pastor Tadd Sponseller officiating. Burial will follow in Northwood Cemetery.
