Dr. Hollis R. BrayFuneral services for Dr. Hollis R. Bray, 80, of Many, LA, will be held on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Many with Dr. Joe Ratcliff and Rev. Jonathon Bost officiating. Burial will follow in the Many Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at 5:00 PM at Warren Meadows Funeral Home, Many, LA. Dr. Hollis R. Bray was born on Wednesday, November 18, 1936 in Converse, LA. He passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017 at Sabine Retirement & Rehabilitation Center in Many, LA. He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years, Barbara Bray; parents, James Reece Bray and Amanda Tomkins Bray; and one brother. Dr. Bray practiced dentistry in Many, LA for over 47 years. He is survived by his sons: James Paul Bray and wife Stacie of Negreet, LA and Brian R. Bray and wife Abby of Hixson, TN; grandchildren: Dr. Amanda Bray of College Station, TX, Dr. Jacob Bray and wife Mary Kate of Charlottesville, VA, Lauren Bray of Hixson, TN, and Madelyn Bray of Baton Rouge, LA; along with a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
