Homer Eugene "Gene" Gamble June 2, 1931 - January 25, 2017 Homer Eugene Gamble, 85, of Modesto, CA passed away on Wednesday, January 25, 2017. Gene was born on June 2, 1931 in Granby, Missouri to Homer and Grace (Hayes) Gamble. Gene was a truck driver. Gene is preceded in death by his brother Billy Joe Gamble and sister Patsy Waggoner and parents.  Gene is survived by his wife of 56 years, Beverly Gamble; two daughters, Brenda Roberts of Piedmont, OK and Debora Wheat of Hughson, CA, brother and sister-in-law Jim & Melba Brashears, 4 grandchildren; Cody Heinsley, Sara Horning, Ronald Paul Wetzlich, Jr. and Robert Eugene Wetzlich and 7 great grandchildren, Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones that will miss him greatly.
