It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Honorio Pina, who was born on December 22, 1955, in Mercedes, Texas, United States. He passed away on January 11, 2025, surrounded by his loving family.

Honorio was the beloved son of Miguel and Gabriela Pina. He was the devoted husband of Maria Yolanda Pina, with whom he shared 73 years of marriage. They were blessed with three children: Amy Pina (Roel Roman), Honorio Jaime Pina (Rose Webster), and Christina Pina (Raul Galicia).

He was a loving grandfather to seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Honorio graduated from Mercedes High School in 1975 and went on to make a positive impact in his community through his involvement in various organizations.

He will be remembered for his love of billiards and his dedication to his family. Honorio's presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
