Houston Levron Sr., 75, a native of Lockport and resident of Lafourche, passed away on Monday, Feb. 4, 2013. He was born on April 28, 1937.Visitation was from 10 a.m. until funeral time today at Our Lady of Prompt Succor Catholic Church in Chackbay. A Mass of Christian burial was at 11 a.m. today at the church, with burial to take place at a later date.He is survived by his wife, Patricia Boudreaux Levron; sons, Houston (Linda) Levron Jr., Russell (Debbie) Levron and Ronnie (Kay) Levron; daughters, Donna (Joe) Bergeron and Sharon "Sherie" (Scott) Danos; and sister, Leverta Curole.He was preceded in death by his parents, Wasselet and Magnolia Levron; brothers, Nolan, Lawrence and Leroy Levron; and sister, Lena Levron.The family would like to thank Thibodaux Regional Hospital for the care and dignity that was given to Mr. Houston Levron while in their care.Thibodaux Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
