Howard “Lee” Harr ll of Johnson City, Tennessee, unexpectedly passed away on November 12, 2024, at the age of 41. He was born on April 13,1983 in Johnson City to Jackie and Robin Harr. He was preceded in death by grandfathers Howard Lee Harr l and Robert Wayne Leonard. Paternal Grandmother Eletha Harr, and nephew Jake Miles.

Left to cherish Lee’s memory are his twin sons, Levi Scott and Logan Wayne along with their mother, Lori Harr. One sister, Jaclyn Harr (Stephen ) Miles, niece Paisley Smith and nephew Tobin Smith. Maternal grandmother, Betty Leonard Atkins along several aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Lee was known for his sense of humor and funny jokes. He was an avid Tennessee Volunteers fan and he “bled orange” per him. If the Vols were playing ,he was either at Neyland Stadium or watching on Television. He enjoyed weekends with his sons most of all.
