Inez Serrano Cintron, age 59 of Ocala, FL passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019 in East Chicago, IN. She was born on June 19, 1960 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Jose Emilio Serrano and Natividad Feliciano Cruz. Ines is survived by four daughters, Teresa (Jose) Pagan, Inez Serrano, Elizabeth Roman, Amelia Roman; son, Gilberto Roman, Jr.; three sisters, Diana Serrano, Elizabeth Serrano, Maria Serrano; two brothers, Samuel Serrano, Jose Serrano; grandchildren, great grandchildren and many other nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Teresa Roman; brother, Joel Serrano; sisters, Lisa Serrano, and Rosemary Serrano. 

Ines loved to be with her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She enjoyed playing cards and dice, bowling and listening to music. 

Funeral Ceremony will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Edmonds & Evans Funeral Home Portage Chapel, 6941 Central Avenue, Portage, IN 46368. Burial will follow at McCool Cemetery, Portage, IN. Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
