Israel Ruiz, 43, of Chihuahua City, Chihuahua, passed in 2019. Israel was born to Gabriel and Carmen Ruiz on April10, 1976 in Chihuahua, Mexico. He came to Torrington in the mid 90's he worked odd jobs until he started working for Anderson Carpet Care in Torrington, Wyoming. On November 20, 2001 he married the love of his life Rocio Martinez. They had two children Vanessa and Jaeden. Israel enjoyed grilling and listening to music. Israel's pride and joy were his children he adored them and wanted them to go to college . Israel is proceeded in death by his father Gabriel Ruiz. He is survived by his wife Rocio Ruiz, daughter Vanessa Ruiz and son Jaeden Ruiz.
