July 23rd 1972 Our friend, father , stepfather, best friend, brother was born on September 21st 2023 he was laid to rest he lived to see 51 years old my father would have wanted us to be joyful and laugh, joke etc he was a working man never missed a day of work always had to do something. He was a son of Cornelia Blackman and J.W Caldwell (Father of Mike Blackburn , Tim Blackburn , J.B Blackburn , Amari Phillips - Blackburn) (Brother of J.T Blackmon(twin brother) John Blackman (oldest brother) Ja’net , Suzzette, sherry , Mary, holly , Chiquita, James , Jacques. These are the people that love him and cherish him since day one my father was loved by many and we want him to be memorable by that.
