Jack E. HeiseySebring, FLJack E. Heisey, 81, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 . He was born on January 14, 1935 in York, to the late Walter and Catharine (Karr) Heisey. Jack proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam, Indo-China and Korean eras receiving a Bronze Star. He was a lifetime member of the VFW. Survivors include his life partner and caregiver, Floyd Kimmel; children, Richard, Frank, Terri, Sandra and Francis, sibling, Arlene Grim and James Heisey both of York; sister-in-law, Shirley Heisey and special friends, Karen Kirmeyer and Robin Smith both of Sebring, FL. Jack was preceded in death by one daughter, Renee; and one brother, Robert Heisey.
