Jackie was a loving partner to Gabriel Santiago and a devoted mother to her two children, Gabriel Santiago and Kim Santiago. She was also a proud grandmother to Celia Vicks and Paul Vicks.

Jackie had a passion for singing and could often be found belting out tunes around the house. She attended Tec Highschool high school and was known for her kind heart and infectious laughter.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her.
