JACQUALIN M. STAHL VALPARAISO, IN Jacqualin M. Stahl, age 85, of Valparaiso, IN and formerly of Hobart passed away Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Willows Nursing Home in Valparaiso. Jacqualin was born on April 16, 1931 in Chicago, IL to the late John and Katherine (nee Smelser) Coughlin. She was a retired clerk for Medical Records at St. Margaret Hospital in Hammond, and was a member Ss Peter and Paul Church in Merrillville where she sung in the choir. She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Jacqualin is survived by three children: Hilary Stahl of Chandler, AZ, David Stahl and Steven (Cynthia) Stahl both of Hobart; three grandchildren: Carissa Stahl, Caylee Stahl and Kristian Neri; sister, Marilyn Domsic of Munster and many other loving family members and friends. Jacqualin was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 54 yrs. Donald Stahl; and sister, Rosemarie Petroski. Mass of Christian Burial for Jacqualin will be Friday, November 4, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at SS Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 5885 Harrison Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, with additional visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of serive. Burial will be at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, 20953 W. Hoff Road, Elwood, IL 60421.
