Jake Smith passed away on February 2, 2025 in Aurora, Illinois, United States. He was born on March 12, 1980 to parents Jake and Brenda Smith. Jake was married to his beloved wife Paige since 1988 and they had two children, Allen Smith and Shirley Smith, along with their spouse Maya Smith.
Jake attended Central High School and graduated in 1982. He went on to serve in the US Marines, rising to the rank of Sergeant. Jake's dedication to his country was unwavering and he will be remembered for his service and sacrifice.
Aside from his military career, Jake had a passion for Karate. He dedicated countless hours to perfecting his skills and found great joy in practicing and competing in the sport.
Jake's life was cut short by a sudden cardiac arrest. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
