We are saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Jaleel White, who left us on October 2, 2025 in Los Angeles, California. Born on March 30, 1976 to proud parents Carter White and Wilma Cane, Jaleel brought joy and laughter into the world.

Jaleel will be remembered for his incredible portrayal of the iconic character Steve Urkel on the beloved show "Family Matters." His talent and humor brought smiles to audiences around the world and will forever be cherished.

Jaleel is survived by his partner Nicoletta Ruhl and their son Abraham White. He leaves behind a legacy of laughter and joy, and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
