James was born to his proud parents, Kevin McLemore and Shari Deloach, in Hampton, where he spent his childhood and formed lifelong friendships. His parents instilled in him the values of hard work, compassion, and kindness, which he practiced diligently throughout his life.

Education was of utmost importance to James, and he pursued his studies at Allendale~Fairfax High School. Considered a dedicated and enthusiastic student, James thrived academically and graduated with honors. He understood the value of knowledge and was always eager to expand his horizons.

After completing his education, James embarked on a remarkable career, excelling in his chosen field. He worked tirelessly, showing great dedication and perseverance, earning the respect and admiration of colleagues and superiors alike.

In addition to his professional achievements, James found his greatest joy and fulfillment in his family. James have two children, Crystal McLemore and Shonda Jenkins, who became the center of his universe.

As a father, James was a constant source of love, support, and guidance. He was deeply involved in his children's lives, attending their school events, cheering them on in sports competitions, and providing a nurturing home environment where they could thrive.
