It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Bragg Jr., who was born on August 3, 1982, in Wilmington, North Carolina, and passed away on July 4, 2024. James was a devoted fiance to Kendra Hansley, whom he proposed to in 2020 they spent 24 years together, and a loving father to his five children: Shamirr Bragg, Shamirra Bragg, James Bragg 3rd, James Bragg 4th, and James Bragg 5th.

James was the beloved son of James O Bragg Sr. and Willie Jean Bragg. He worked as a Brick Mason for many years before retiring in 2010. James had a passion for sparking at Walmart and playing video games in his free time.

Despite facing many challenges, James always maintained a positive outlook on life and faced every obstacle with courage. He was a pillar of strength for his family and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

James Bragg's legacy will continue to live on through his children and grandchildren. His memory will be cherished forever in the hearts of his loved ones.

James Bragg also has 2 sisters Tavarie Wilson(Joseph)Angrid Durant(fly dee)and brother Carlton Woodberry and James Bragg Jr.has several aunts,uncles,nieces,and nephews and a special friend/brother BIG JAY.
