Kopidlansky, James AllenJames Allen Kopidlansky, age 61, of Taus, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 15, 2016 from complications of a six-year battle with cancer at St. Vincent Hospital, Green Bay with his loving family by his side.Jim was born on April 25, 1955 in Manitowoc, son of the late Frank and Margaret (Riederer) Kopidlansky. He graduated from Reedsville High School in 1973. Jim owned and operated JK Trucking for a number of years along with being a carpenter/millwright. Jim also enjoyed restoring and working on vehicles. He had many travels and adventures and was always ready for another. He especially enjoyed his trips to Honduras and Europe. Jim was proud of being part of the trio that set a Guinness Book of World Records for most miles traveled by motorcycle on ice in 24 hours near Brillion in his younger days. He was survived by his sister: Lynnette (David) Jones, Appleton; two brothers Dale (Kathy) Kopidlansky, Whitelaw; Don (Lynn) Kopidlansky, Manitowoc. He was uncle to many nieces and nephews: Craig (Nancy) Loberger; Wade (Melissa) Loberger; Kim (Bill) Kramer; Andy (DeeDee) Jones; Michelle (Steve) Soczka; Tony (Wendy) Kopidlansky; Kurt Kopidlansky; David (Becky) Kopidlansky; Sara (Randy) Lepich; Becky (Justin) Bodoh. Jim is also survived by aunts, uncles and numerous great nieces, great nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Frank and Margaret Kopidlansky; one infant sister: Laura; grandparents: Albert and Mary (Radey) Kopidlansky; Frank and Clara (Zipperer) Riederer. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Kellnersville. Rev. Maurice Mmegbuadimma will celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial with burial to follow in the parish cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Reinbold & Pfeffer Family Funeral Home, 1124 Main Street, Kellnersville on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and again on Thursday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name would be appreciated.
